Starting from your desired smart cabinet functionalities, we will provide a complete solution including smart hardware devices and software control processes. We also offer cabinet design and production, ensuring the final smart cabinet you need is delivered on time.
Terms Of Service
First
For the initial customization and prototyping of a single smart locker unit, design and prototyping fees will apply. Once the 3D drawings for the locker structure are verified and confirmed, we will provide you with a copy. Furthermore, the prototyping fee will be credited back upon subsequent mass production
Second
For smart locker customization and production, an advance deposit of approximately 50% is required. After the locker structures are manufactured and accepted without discrepancies, the remaining balance must be settled before the factory proceeds with packaging and shipment.
Third
Once the prototype smart locker is accepted without discrepancies, mass production will proceed according to the prototype’s specifications. If you are unable to inspect the goods at the factory in person, we will conduct a remote acceptance check with you via live video feed from the factory site.
Fourth
During the subsequent after-sales service process, our support team will diagnose the issue and provide remote assistance based on photos or live video provided by you.

Order Process
First
Please provide us with your specific requirements, including the usage scenarios, purposes, and operational procedures of the smart locker, as well as the cabinet’s dimensions, number of compartments, and other relevant details.
Second
We will set up a team in a WhatsApp group to discuss the specifics and finalize your order requirements.
Third
We will determine the final quotation based on your product.The final quote will be finalized according to your product specifications. And we will provide the list of equipment.
Fourth
You need to wire transfer payments to us via a bank counter or online banking.
Fifth
We will manufacture a sample cabinet based on the confirmed cabinet requirements, install smart devices on it, and develop corresponding control software for debugging the operational processes.
Sixth
We will present the prototype cabinet for your formal acceptance and demonstrate whether the control processes align with your specifications. Should an on-site inspection at our facility not be feasible, we can alternatively conduct a remote acceptance review via video conference.
Seventh
We will implement improvements based on the feedback you provided during the prototype acceptance phase, and will schedule a follow-up validation session upon completion of the enhancements.
Eighth
Upon successful acceptance of the prototype cabinet, we will proceed with mass production in strict accordance with the approved prototype specifications.
Ninth
Upon successful acceptance of the mass-produced cabinets, we will coordinate comprehensive logistics services to ensure secure packaging and timely delivery to your designated location.
After-Sales Service
First
Please take a photo or video and send it to us, along with a clear description of the issue.
Second
Our after-sales team will thoroughly investigate and identify the specific issue, and then provide you with a detailed solution and steps to resolve it.
Third
You are covered for free after-sales service if your electronic hardware has a non-human malfunction during the warranty period. For any software bugs, we prioritize immediate fixes.
