MagicBox Manufacturing is a smart locker production and services brand headquartered in Shenzhen. It is owned and operated by Shenzhen Dayou Technology Co., Ltd., an IoT technology company registered in Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
The entirety of our smart locker design, manufacturing, and supporting hardware and software operations are undertaken exclusively by Shenzhen Dayou Technology Co., Ltd. The company maintains end-to-end in-house capabilities, encompassing cabinet fabrication, and the development of dedicated smart locker hardware and software.
Who Are Our Target Clients?
We primarily serve clients who require the design and manufacturing of smart lockers, as well as customized hardware accessories and software solutions. Our commonly deployed smart lockers cover the following application scenarios:
1.Facial Recognition Parcel Lockers – Enable users to store/retrieve packages via facial scanning or PIN codes.

Our Quotation Structure?
Our quotation is structured as follows:
1.Cabinet design fees
Upon receiving your cabinet requirements, our designers will develop 3D models and work closely with you through rounds of consultation and revision. This process ensures the final 3D drawing output aligns perfectly with your needs.
2.Initial cabinet prototyping fees
A sample fee is applicable to the first sample cabinet. It is deductible in full from the payment for your subsequent bulk purchase.
3.Cabinet manufacturing and processing costs
We will determine the total cabinet cost by taking into account its size, materials, and process complexity.
4.Smart hardware equipment costs
In accordance with your specified cabinet control process, we will furnish a detailed bill of materials (BOM) specifying the types and quantities of all necessary hardware. The total price for the equipment will then be calculated and presented.
5.Software customization fees
• Customized Software: For non-standard control workflows, we conduct preliminary requirement evaluation and feasibility studies, subsequently calculating the R&D cost accordingly.
• Standard Software: Existing standard control software will be installed free of charge with the cabinet.
Do We Provide Quality Inspection Before Shipment?
Yes, prior to shipment, all cabinets and equipment undergo rigorous quality inspections, as well as end-to-end testing of the corresponding control software. We shall provide you with photos and videos for confirmation, and will only proceed with packaging and shipment upon receiving your final approval.
How Long Is The After-Sales Warranty Period?
1. Cabinets: 1-year warranty on material and structural integrity, ensuring full conformity with contractual specifications for materials and thickness.
2. Electronic Hardware: 1-year warranty in compliance with China’s national regulations for electronic products. For long-term partners, core electronic components receive an extended 2-year warranty.
3.Software: Any identified bugs in the supporting software will be addressed with the highest priority and resolved through timely updates and re-releases.
